Como Executivo de Desenvolvimento de Clientes, você será responsável por representar profissionalmente a empresa Colgate Palmolive, gerenciando o relacionamento com nossos parceiros em termos de confiança e respeito, comercializando e desenvolvendo os 5p's nas diferentes categorias de produtos, a fim de aumentar as vendas de forma lucrativa, melhorar os níveis de distribuição e participação de mercado, de acordo com nossos princípios de negócio.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Implementar as estratégias comerciais da CP, garantindo a correta execução dos 5p's no ponto de venda, procurando gerar benefícios para os nossos clientes e para a CP, compreendendo proativamente as necessidades dos nossos clientes e recomendando soluções às diferentes exigências do ambiente de varejo.
  • Alcançar os objetivos de vendas do território atribuído.
  • Acompanhamento da performance do território, promover reuniões periódicas de JVP e T2T.
  • Planejar e organizar as atividades administrativas que inclui: Controle do orçamento, monitoramento e pagamento das atividades, manter lista de preço atualizada, estoque, cota promocional, matriz de contato e controle da conta corrente.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das políticas de crédito estabelecidas pela empresa.
  • Realizar visitas a campo para acompanhar as atividades planejadas, observar a concorrência, encontrar oportunidades e dividir com a equipe comercial para desenvolvimento de estratégias que respondam às mudanças competitivas no mercado.
  • Mantener uma comunicação proativa com o cliente (Diretos/Top Varejistas/Indiretos) para apresentação dos planos trimestrais, JVP, lançamentos, promoções, tabloides, rebaixa de preço e todas as ferramentas de vendas disponíveis.
  • Analisar informações geradas através das ferramentas (Neogrid/Nielsen/Scanntech) para tomar decisões acertadas que direcionam e desenvolvam o negócio como: Clube de promoções, negociação e acompanhamento de planos de crescimento, aumento da distribuição, crescimento de market share, produtividade, fidelidade etc.
  • Utilizar o Super Clube como ferramenta de desenvolvimento e aceleração do sell thru.
  • Treinar equipes dos clientes e lojas (campanhas, lançamentos de produtos, etc).

Pré-requisitos da vaga:

  • Superior Completo, desejável nas áreas de Administração de Empresas, Marketing ou Engenharia.
  • Experiência na área comercial em indústrias de bens de consumo.
  • Conhecimento nas ferramentas Google, Office, Scanntech, Neogrid e Nielsen.
  • Data & Analytics. Uso da informação para geração de Insights.

Qualificações adicionais desejáveis:
