Funções do Cargo:

- Ser a voz do cliente dentro da empresa, provendo feedbacks vitais para aprimorar nosso atendimento.

- Ação proativa na cocriação de soluções para as necessidades e desafios dos clientes.

- Realização de reuniões, tanto online quanto presenciais, para entender e atender às expectativas dos clientes.

 

Requisitos:

- Residir em Brasília ou região.

- Possuir habilidades comerciais e de atendimento ao cliente.

- Ter no mínimo 2 anos de experiência em Customer Success.

- Conhecimento em indicadores e métricas relevantes à área.

- Habilidade para ouvir e sintetizar necessidades de forma clara e objetiva.

Difefenciais:

- Experiência no mercado de infoprodutos ou marketplaces.

- Experiência no setor educacional.

- Afinidade com metas e prazos definidos.

- Experiência com a plataforma Intercom.
