1、必要条件:拥有丰富的手机行业客户资源和销售渠道;
2、必要条件:对巴西当地通信销售模式有充分的了解;
3、负责制定大区销售策略、销售计划,并带领团队达成目标;
4、负责团队成员招聘、培训、激励、考核等;
5、负责组织和协调商务谈判与合作;
6、及时了解行业动态和市场动态,为客户解决相应问题。Position: Regional ManagerJob requirements&responsibilities (Please do not apply if you do not meet the criteria )1.Essential requirement: Rich customer resources and sales channels in the cellphone industry;
2.Essential requirement: Full understanding of local telecommunication and sales models in Brazil;
3.Responsible for formulating regional sales strategies and sales plans, and leading the team to accomplish tasks;
4.Responsible for recruiting, training, motivation and evaluation;
5.Responsible for organizing and coordinating business negotiations and cooperation; 6.Keep abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, and solve corresponding problems for customers.
