Job Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organizational optimization, talent development, and culture implementation. Key Responsibilities: Organizational Optimization: Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement efficient organizational structures that align with the company's goals. Conduct regular diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address key issues. Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by identifying and developing key talents. Develop and implement tailored HR plans to support business objectives and ensure a strong talent pipeline. Culture Implementation: Promote and embed corporate culture and values within the department. Design and deliver employee engagement and care activities to enhance team cohesion and morale. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required. Over 3 years of HR experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources is required. Experience supporting international teams is preferred. Fluent English: Fluency in English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong logical thinking and learning ability: The ability to think logically and learn quickly is essential for this role. Solid HR fundamentals: A solid understanding of HR principles and practices is required. Self-driven and curious: The ability to work independently and take initiative is essential. Able to work under pressure: The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while working under pressure is required.
