Have rich customer resources and sales communication channels of Xiaomi mobile phone industry;

Have a good understanding of the sales model of local communications in Brazil.

Responsible for the sales work in the Brazilian market, including the detailed development of sales planning and sales targets, leading the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Responsible for the development of large regional sales strategy, sales planning;

Recruit, train, encourage and evaluate subordinate employees, and lead subordinate employees to complete the assigned task indicators;

Responsible for organizing and coordinating business negotiations and cooperation and other governance matters; Keep abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, and solve corresponding problems for customers.
