About the job

The Account Manager will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing relationships with our current clients. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about client success and enjoys serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing client needs. He/She will manage accounts of all sizes, serving as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. For this role the ability to build strong relationships and understand client needs will be key to driving successful project outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships


Client Relationship Management:

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring theirneeds are met and expectations exceeded.


Point of Contact:

•Serve as the focal point of contact for clients following the handoff from businessdevelopment representatives, managing all communication and coordination.


Contract Management:

•Negotiate and renegotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficialagreements while adhering to company policies and standards.

•Guarantee contract compliances and deliveries.


Internal Collaboration:

•Facilitate effective internal communication within our team to ensure seamlessservice delivery and address client inquiries or issues promptly.


Client Retention:

•Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention, proactivelyidentifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.


Reporting:

•Track account performance metrics and prepare regular reports on client status,challenges, and opportunities for review with internal stakeholders.


Problem Solving:

•Address client concerns and issues swiftly, coordinating with relevant departmentsto develop solutions and maintain positive client relationships.


Client Onboarding:

•Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition andunderstanding of our products/services.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory

Experience with project management or account management in the aviation market.

Spanish will be considered a differential

100% office based at Galeão (Rio de Janeiro)
