Com mais de 36 milhões de clientes ativos em seu ecossistema, você terá acesso a insights baseados em sinais de navegação, compras e de consumo de conteúdo nas nossas plataformas.Responsabilidades: Mapeamento e simplificação de processos comerciais;Identificação de oportunidades de automação e otimização;Desenvolvimento e implementação de sistemas e ferramentas para garantir qualidade dos dados;Criação de manuais e procedimentos padronizados;Coleta e análise de dados de vendas, incluindo receita, tendências de vendas e desempenho do cliente;Estabelecimento de metas comerciais;Requisitos: Experiência como consultor de gestão ou analista de negócios;Formação concluída em Ensino superior nas áreas de Engenharia, Administração ou áreas relacionadas;Forte capacidade analítica, liderança lateral e de resolução de problemas;Paixão por números e facilidade com Excel e estruturação de dados (SQL, Tableau, ou outra plataforma de análises);Habilidade de trabalhar de forma independente e multidisciplinar;Ambiente de Trabalho:Nossa empresa é uma das melhores para se trabalhar no Brasil, segundo pesquisa do instituto Great Place to Work.
