OKTO is the leading company in digital payments and specializes in sports betting market. It was founded in Greece and today has a large presence in Brazil and other parts of the world.

This is a position to work closely with the area leader, supervising customer service and the team, helping to create and develop processes in the area, as well as analyzing and monitoring metrics with a view to optimizing and constantly developing the area (people and customer service). 

 

ACTIVITIES

  • Supervising the service team;
  • Monitoring team performance;
  • Hold regular meetings for alignment and feedback;
  • Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement;
  • Work in collaboration with the area leader to ensure successful service;
  • Anticipate, identify and resolve problems that may affect the performance of the team s activities and services;
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with partners;
  • Develop and optimize internal processes for operational efficiency;
  • Implement best market practices;
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as presenting insights and recommendations to the area leader.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in supervising customer service operations;
  • Management of customer service via Whatsapp and email;
  • Knowledge of CRM tools;
  • Fluent English - the professional will have contact with Greece;
  • Full degree in Business Administration or related areas;
  • Knowledge of process management is a plus.
