Binance is seeking a strategic and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our regional marketing team. Our objective is to expand reach to new audiences through partnerships and alliances and drive growth opportunities across the region. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and experience in partnership management, with strong communications and negotiation skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and craft effective go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive and execute the regional Growth Marketing Strategy, including channel analytics, localization, adaptation, and evaluation. Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Ensure swift implementation, activation, and reporting.
  • Project and Partnership Management: Based on insights, develop and implement projects, craft go-to-market strategies in collaboration with global/local marketing teams and data analytics teams; ensure alignment and effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify gaps in business metrics and user behavior trends; set up infrastructure to alert business leaders about emerging trends and patterns.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels (Paid, SEO, Lifecycle) and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, MMPs, and social listening tools to monitor and analyze marketing performance.
  • Insights Generation: Draw insights from dashboards and metrics to inform business decisions and translate data findings into strategic recommendations for marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Worked in an international environment, with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders;
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities;
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and associated analytics tools;
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights;
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail;
  • Fluent English is a must;
  • Remote and startup experience is a plus.
