Nessa vaga, você vai trabalhar diretamente com diferentes times para entender as necessidades técnicas e culturais de cada projeto, além de definir nossa estratégia para identificar, engajar e atrair excelentes profissionais através do LinkedIn e de outras plataformas. Essa é uma posição fundamental e com impacto direto em nossa capacidade de entregar resultados de alto valor para nossos clientes.

- Atuar junto a outros times para entender suas necessidades e expectativas para cada nova vaga.
- Classificar e avaliar candidaturas com base em testes e entrevistas.
- Alinhar candidaturas e perfis com as lideranças e stakeholders de cada projeto.
- Definir e gerenciar nossa estratégia de captação de talentos com foco no LinkedIn e outras ferramentas.

- Experiência mínima de 5 anos em recrutamento para TI.
- Experiência mínima de 1 ano com gerenciamento de times.
- Facilidade para trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e em constante mudança.
- Fortes habilidades de headhunting na área de TI.
- Inglês Avançado.
