Overview

Sales Executive position with TurFresh focused on following up with potential customers who have not yet converted after their initial inquiry. All work is through calls and chat—no email required.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up on unconverted leads, via calls and chat, to move them toward a sale.
  • Re-engage warm leads and offer alternative plans to what was previously presented by our CSR team, built around specific criteria you identify and follow up on.
  • Examples of alternative solutions include:
  • Leads archived as lost: present an alternative plan and pricing, such as a monthly subscription in a region where we are building route density.
  • Geographically target specific cities for certain customer profiles.
  • Leads that have not received a follow-up after the first service: propose a subscription.
  • Follow up on bi-annual and quarterly plans to "top off" services when in the customer location.
  • Set the tone for the brand; communicate fluently in English, be personable, and persuasive on the phone and chat.
Tasks
  • Follow Up on Unconverted Leads: Call and chat with potential customers who have shown interest but have not signed up yet.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Ask the right questions, listen actively, and address hesitations or concerns.
  • Build Trust: Create a positive, friendly, and trustworthy experience in every interaction.
  • Convert Leads: Guide conversations toward a successful sale while meeting customer needs.
  • Keep CRM Updated: Log all calls, chats, and outcomes in our CRM system with current details.
  • Share Insights: Report on common objections or trends to help improve the process.
  • Collaborate & Learn: Attend regular sales training sessions and team meetings.
Formação

Superior Completo: Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields - We are looking for candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. We are open to candidates with other degrees if they have the necessary skills and experience.
