Business Development Representative – Brazil (São Paulo)

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Representative to lead our growth strategy in Brazil. Based in São Paulo, this role will focus on promoting our corporate, fiduciary, and estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, legal and financial advisors, and wealth management firms. The Representative will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships, conducting inside sales, and coordinating with our international corporate services teams to drive growth. This position is a key opportunity to contribute to the global expansion of a prestigious firm and strengthen our presence in one of our most strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a tailored business development strategy to expand our client base in Brazil, with emphasis on corporate, trust, and estate planning services.
  • Identify and nurture opportunities through research, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Build strong relationships with law firms, family offices, wealth managers, and international advisors.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while re-engaging former ones.
  • Represent the firm at key meetings and events in Brazil, enhancing brand presence through thought leadership and relevant initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing and outreach efforts aligned with global business development goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions to cross-sell services and maximize client opportunities, acting as a cultural bridge for effective communication.
  • Leverage digital tools and analytics to manage pipelines, track sales activity, maintain client records, and generate insights to improve engagement.
  • Stay updated on compliance requirements and evolving client needs in offshore structuring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or client-facing roles within a law firm, fiduciary, or corporate services provider.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore company structures, trusts, foundations, and estate planning solutions.
  • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into long-term business.
  • Native Portuguese and fluent English; Spanish is an asset.
  • Independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity; ability to work effectively across cultures and international environments.

Business Development Manager – Cartão de Kwai / Brazil

Position Overview

B2B BD focusing on partnerships in telecommunications, e-commerce, and healthcare sectors, with a view to creating win-win commercial models and integrating partner services into the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential partners (telecoms, e-commerce, healthcare, and other service providers).
  • Structure partnership models, playbooks, and incentive structures; manage exclusivity where applicable.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners to drive collaboration and growth.
  • Analyze partnership strategies of local players and conduct market research on competition.
  • Report on BD efforts, providing actionable insights on partnerships and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing for joint campaigns and with cross-functional teams for integration into the platform.
  • Negotiate agreements aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven BD experience in the B2B market.
  • Strong understanding of telecom, e-commerce, and healthcare sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; relationship-building capability with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented; able to work independently and in teams.
  • Native-level Portuguese + advanced English.

Responsibilities

Requirements
