Descrição

Um Account Manager será responsável pelo gerenciamento de contas e pelo relacionamento entre cliente e Alest, buscando excelência e garantia da satisfação do cliente. O seu papel será apoiar as necessidades dos clientes e identificar potenciais novos projetos de forma estratégica.

As atividades desenvolvidas serão:

Aprofundar relacionamento com clientes e tomadores de decisão;
Gestão de carteira de clientes através do CRM;
Identificar novas oportunidades em clientes já existentes;
Estratégias para reter clientes e crescer contas já existentes;
Executar estratégias de cross-sell e upsell na carteira de clientes;
Garantir a renovação das contas no prazo;
Ser o ponto focal de atendimento da carteira de clientes;
Manter CRM atualizado.

Certificação Conhecimento

Experiência com CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive, RD Station, HubSpot ou outro);
Alta performance no crescimento de receita em grandes contas;
Habilidade de conectar as necessidades do cliente aos benefícios das nossas soluções;
Experiência na elaboração de apresentações e demonstração de serviços/produtos;
Ser motivado(a) e impulsionado(a) pela vontade de obter resultados;
Capacidade de resolução de problemas;
Escuta ativa;
Saber se colocar no lugar do cliente;
Buscar construir uma carreira dentro da área Comercial.

Você se destaca se tiver algum desses diferenciais:

Experiência com vendas SaaS;
Experiência com vendas de Serviços Consultivos;
Experiência como Account Manager.
