A área de Atendimento ao Cliente é responsável por garantir a preparação para o recebimento da aeronave em manutenção, coordenação e faturamento.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Atuar como principal ponto de contato do cliente com a TAM Executiva quando a aeronave se encontrar em manutenção, mantendo o cliente atualizado quanto à manutenção da sua aeronave;
- Negociar internamente a data de início e prazo para execução de serviços;
- Garantir a criação de documentos para execução de manutenção das aeronaves;
- Solicitar à equipe de Compras a cotação e compra de peças;
- Negociar a aprovação de serviços complementares na aeronave;
- Reservar materiais em estoque;
- Solicitar o envio de equipamentos de aeronaves em manutenção para oficinas terceirizadas;
- Solicitar serviços de terceiros a serem executados na TAM;
- Conferir cobertura de garantias;
- Validar os relatórios de pré-faturamento de OS gerados pelo departamento de Faturamentos.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
Formação: Engenharia Aeronáutica, Mecânica, Elétrica, Mecatrônica, Administração de Empresas, Economia, Tecnólogo e áreas afins.

Idioma: Inglês intermediário

Ferramentas: Excel avançado

Conhecimentos: Técnicas de negociação, elaboração de propostas comerciais, e matemática financeira.

Experiência: Relacionamento com cliente e negociação de propostas.
