EXTE, a global leader in advertising technology, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Brazil.
Since March 2022, we have a subsidiary in São Paulo, created to conquer the strategic Brazilian market and strengthen EXTE's international presence, which already operates in more than 15 countries around the world.

**Description of the role**
We are looking for a Sales Manager in Brazil to execute sales strategies to meet and exceed objectives in an exciting territory.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support sales leadership in developing, managing and executing strategic sales opportunities.
- Manage a broad portfolio of clients and agencies.
- Attend weekly meetings/presentations with agencies to discuss client schedules.
- Advise agencies and clients to build brand loyalty.
- Negotiate sales contracts.
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline for the business.
- You will have an excellent track record in prospecting and selling advertising solutions across the digital media landscape.
- Connect with leading advertising agencies.
**We are looking for**
- Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in AdTech or online media.
- Strong understanding and deep knowledge of all things digital and a thorough understanding of online video, programmatic media and their buying and selling models and metrics.
- A fantastic track record of successful prospecting and delivery.
- Strong networking skills and proven connections at leading advertising agencies.
- Languages: Native Portuguese, Business English. Spanish a plus.
- Must be a highly motivated team player.
