**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to our Sales Development SMB team in Sao Paulo

The Business Development Representative will join as a key member of the expansion team for Brazil, responsible for completing inbound and outbound activities, to create value-driven conversations and opportunities validated by our Account Management team.

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Research and tenaciously follow up new opportunities via the phone, chat and web;
- Systematically develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential clients that show interest via our website, replying to our growth marketing efforts and in a go to market approach (Outbound);
- Connect quickly, in large volume, within the regional SMB market in order to penetrate and drive business for the Gympass expansion in Brazil;
- Be able to pitch and explain a complex and emotional service solution in corporate contexts;
- Consistently crush your monthly validated opportunity and revenue quotas;
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic and welcome working in an international context;
- Drive to individually compete (and win) while still being a fantastic team player;
- Understand that their success is not enough, and that the success of an entire team and of those around you, is what sustains profitable growth ;
- Work closely with a group of Account Managers to agree upon and execute a solid opportunity validation plan

- Intermediate level of English (mainly reading and writing, as we are part of a global business unit);
