**About the team**:
SAP Business One is an ERP designed for small and medium enterprises As an SAP Business One Support Intern you will work with colleagues worldwide in a multicultural environment, having the unique opportunity to develop technical and soft skills.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Business One Support (Logistics)
**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Solve issues using Case Documents/KBAs, solved Incidents and Messages, forums documentation or verifying Business Configuration/Fine Tuning entries or hardware parameters
- Perform mentored Root Cause Analysis and provide solutions in complex environments for specific fields/areas if required
- Consume e-Learning Lessons and Remote Learning Sessions
- Additional Tasks
- Provide extended and 24-hour coverage if required
- Report errors to development organizations

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Good understanding of core business processes (Logistics processes)
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English.
- Basic understanding about accounting (Assets, Liabilities, Equity) and banking (Incoming/Outgoing, Boleto, Reconciliations).
- Understanding of the whole marketing process (Purchasing and Sales)
- Experience of all above through an ERP system, any can be valid.
- Some technical knowledge (databases and/or SQL, understanding of XML) is ideal
