**Gerente regional de vendas CWI**:
**Responsabilities**:
- Oversee the CWI Early Engagement, Creation of opportunities, Tendering, Customer engagement, Upsales and Sales business cycle for LATAM
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Promote the business value propositions of BH to customers and internal stakeholders
- Work in close collaboration with Global PL Headquarters (HQ) and Region OFSE Sales & Commercial teams
- Own CWI opportunity pipeline
- Lead business development planning processes and develop CWI sales strategies
- Provide pricing recommendations for new opportunities and contracts
- Collaborate across several functional groups - engineering, quality, HSE, commercial, legal, finance, etc. to put the right offer in front of the customer
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have experience in a Sales role
- Experience in completions and wellbore intervention
- Proven experience dealing with complex tenders specially focus on NOCs (Pemex, Petrobras, etc) and other IOC
- Experience managing teams
- Bilingual business fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is desired
- Have experience in Completion and Intervention (Service company)
