Estamos selecionando **40** mulheres talentosas de todas as etnias, cisgênero ou transgênero, que tenham interesse na área de tecnologia da informação, independentemente do nível de conhecimento, para se desenvolver nos cargos técnicos. As selecionadas participarão do Projeto _Digitalization Portfolio Program from SAP_ e ao final da entrega de treinamentos híbridos terão a **oportunidade de participar de uma seleção exclusiva presencial* para estágio técnico/universitário na SAP**. Além disso, terão sessões para aprimorar o seu conhecimento na língua Inglesa.
**Nesta oportunidade você irá**:
- Aperfeiçoar suas habilidades na língua inglesa através de treinamentos práticos.
- Aprender na prática sobre programação, suporte técnico, qualidade de software, métodos ágeis e design.
- Participar de sessões de _group programming_ (programação em grupo).
- Conhecer os grupos de diversidade da SAP Labs Latin America que trabalham com inclusão de pessoas negras, mulheres, pessoas LGBTQIAP+, pessoas com deficiência e pessoas de baixa renda.
- Participar de treinamentos do time de RH sobre processos seletivos, currículo e entrevistas em inglês.
- Conhecer os times e conversar com os gerentes da SAP Labs Latin America.
- Participar de uma seleção especial e exclusiva para estágio na SAP.
- Possibilidade de ter uma profissional mulher da SAP como mentora.
- Aprimorar suas habilidades interpessoais.
- Oportunidades de _networking_.
**Habilidades e Requisitos Necessários**:
- Estar cursando ensino superior/ensino técnico** ou ser/ter sido aluna do EducaTransforma;
- Entender os conceitos básicos de programação;
- Inglês intermediário (ou básico em desenvolvimento);
- Trabalho em equipe, proatividade e ter vontade de inovar;
- Ter acesso a um computador com conexão à internet;
- É um adicional ter conhecimento em qualquer uma das seguintes tecnologias: Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL.
**Informações Importantes**:
- Tempo requerido: de 1h a 6h semanais para participar das sessões e realizar atividades práticas.
- As selecionadas serão informadas até o dia **24 de julho de 2023**:
- O projeto acontecerá do dia **09 de agosto até o dia 06 de dezembro de 2023.**
- Projeto não oferece ajuda de custo para locomoção/despesas.
**Para alunas do Liberato estar no último ano é um adicional; para alunas do IFRS/IFSUL estar no 3º ano é um adicional.
