The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position title**:SAP iXp Intern - Integration Consultant Concur
**Location**:São Leopoldo, RS - Brazil (hybrid)
- Lead assigned data integration projects from initial contact to project close and transition to support according to SAP Concur project methodology.
- Manage customer’s expectations (internal and external) with regards to project objectives, deliverables, timeframes, etc. by understanding the key business drivers and their prioritization. - Utilize technical skills to support customer’s testing efforts and troubleshooting connectivity, data transformation and posting issues.
- Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, delivering within budget and committed project deadlines.
- Build relationships with SAP Concur’s 3rd party partners to ensure seamless and successful integrations.
- Work on support cases from the data integration queue through to resolution and/or escalation to R&D.
- Maintain knowledge of 3rd party tools (e.g. Kibana, etc).
- Consistently communicate project status with the SAP Concur project manager and/or customer by means of status reports and status calls (as applicable).
- Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP Concur’s functional and technical product knowledge, implementation practices and methodologies.
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies (e.g. data security, compliance, audit, etc).

- Currently enrolled in a computer science undergraduate course or related field
- Knowledge in technical project management, technical support, consulting and/or software implementation
- Basic programming knowledge and SQL skills is desirable
- Knowledge in technical file manipulation (e.g. txt, csv, xls and xlsx files), XML and/or API (web services) is desirable - Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced Spanish skills is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills
- Analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitments
- Proven ability to engage and interact with internal & external teams to resolve client issues
- Ability to address and manage through ambiguous situations - assess situations, problem solve and make decisions
- Experience with Financial Systems (e.g. ERP) is a plus
