**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - SAP Concur Integration Consultant

**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Focus on identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and correcting errors due to existing setup including improper data/format, minor misconfiguration or user misunderstanding.
- Managing and fulfilling clients’ change requests through a consultative or project-based approach to solve specific business requirements that include both billable and non-billable effort.
- Lead assigned data integration projects from initial contact to project close and transition to support according to SAP Concur project methodology.
- Manage customer’s expectations (internal and external) with regards to project objectives, deliverables, timeframes, etc. by understanding the key business drivers and their prioritization.
- Utilize technical skills to support customer’s testing efforts and troubleshooting connectivity, data transformation and posting issues.
- Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, delivering within budget and committed project deadlines.
- Build relationships with SAP Concur’s 3rd party partners to ensure seamless and successful integrations.
- Work on support cases from the data integration queue through to resolution and/or escalation to R&D.
- Maintain knowledge of 3rd party tools (e.g. Kibana, etc).
- Consistently communicate project status with the SAP Concur project manager and/or customer by means of status reports and status calls (as applicable).
- Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP Concur’s functional and technical product knowledge, implementation practices and methodologies.
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies (e.g. data security, compliance, audit, etc).

**Who you are**:

- University Students currently studying IT or related with at least two years until graduation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Spanish is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong technical consulting skills
- Analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Project management skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitments
- Proven ability to engage and interact with internal & external teams to resolve client issues
- Ability to address and manage through ambiguous situations - assess situations, problem solve and make decisions
- Basic programming knowledge and SQL skills is desirable
- Experience with technical file manipulation (e.g. txt, csv, xls and xlsx files) is desirable
- Experience with XML and/or API (web services) is desirable
- Experience with Financial Systems (e.g. ERP) is desirable
- Previous experience with technical project management, technical support, consulting and/or software implementation experience is a plus
