**Director Sales (Remote)**:

- Full time, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico_

In this role, you will be accountable for leading the sales team in their effort to retain existing clients and obtain profitable new corporate travel accounts. These can be both local and/or multinational accounts. You may have a sales target.

**As a Director of Sales, you will**
- Support the team to set objectives and agenda; guide and motivate the team
- Ensure team members identify new business opportunities for assigned existing clients and on acquisition of new business
- Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy promptly
- Confirm team members develop a business plan to obtain profitable new accounts
- Make sure team members oversee new business implementation and work closely together with the implementation teams
- Guarantee all client-facing collateral is current and consistent with company branding and image standards

**About you**
- Extensive work experience as a sales manager at a corporate level with proven success
- Excellent communication skills, oral, written, and presentation in English and Spanish (Portuguese is not required but is desirable)
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically
- Business travel industry experience is preferred
