Estamos buscando um Sales Manager para atuar de forma híbrida de São Paulo/SP ou Florianópolis/SC.Como Sales Manager sua missão será:

- Liderar a expansão estratégica da carteira de clientes e crescimento do negócio CAE / Ansys, promovendo relações de longo prazo com os clientes estratégicos e desenvolvendo novas oportunidades comerciais com o portfólio de produtos ANSYS, suportando assim o crescimento sustentável da ESSS.
- Assegurar a satisfação dos clientes por meio da construção de soluções personalizadas e garantindo o bom uso das plataformas de software entregues.
- Promover o gerenciamento da rentabilidade, contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável e para os objetivos financeiros da ESSS.
- Além disso, construir e manter uma equipe de vendas de alta performance, atento à satisfação dos funcionários, priorizando a performance e desenvolvimento profissional dos colaboradores.

Requisitos Exigidos:

- Experiência em vendas consultivas de software de engenharia e soluções de alto valor, com foco na criação de relações de longo prazo.
- Conhecimento avançado em indústria 4.0, manufatura aditiva, automação industrial e desenvolvimento de produtos.
- Profundo entendimento dos processos e mercados relacionados à engenharia, manufatura e automação.
- Domínio no uso de CRM para gerenciar oportunidades de negócios e previsões de vendas.
- Capacidade de elaborar previsões de vendas detalhadas e planejar estrategicamente a expansão do negócio.
- Capacidade de realizar uma gestão ativa baseada em fatos, com objetivo de atingimento dos resultados e desenvolvimento das pessoas de sua equipe.
- Habilidade de identificação e contratação de talentos, e gestão de pessoas baseado em constante acompanhamento, feedback e planos de ação.
