**Who are we looking to join our mission?**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Latin America.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities of the iGaming ecosystem suited to Paysecure’s range of products and objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation and contract closure.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming regulators, industry associations, and potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making and preserve a leading position.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the iGaming or payments industries.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales and revenue growth within a competitive marketplace.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of iGaming verticals such as online poker, sports betting, online casino, and crypto gaming is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a remote, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

**Experience**:

- IGaming/E-Betting/icasino (preferred)
