Provide phone or chat support to customers who have order-status questions or require changes to their orders.
Translate tech-speak, billing, shipping, etc. from English into Portuguese or viceversa.
Leverage multiple sources of information to stay current on product features, technology changes, and events that impact customers in Brazil and Latin America
Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Commerce or International Trade (preferred but not required)
Additional requirements:
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Beginner in Mandarin Chinese (preferred but not required)
