**About the team**:
The Manager Director Office Team works hand in hand with local and international leaders, Customers and Partners. A close alignment and partnership are key to support the planning and execution of the SAP Labs Latin America strategy. In this role the intern will work with the Chief Operating Officer and the Labs Management Team to mediate business opportunities and promote an environment which inspires to develop new innovations for the entire Latin America region.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Innovation & Digital Transformation

**Location**: São Leopoldo (SAP Labs Latin America), Brazil

**In this role, you’ll**:
You will be involved in various innovation projects to both build a stronger management of activities and relationships between teams internally at SAP Labs Latin America and externally, focused on business outcomes.

Here are examples of tasks which you will be responsible for:

- Proactively engage in creation and delivery of new projects focused on innovation
- Create a framework and setup for project-based initiatives and programs
- Track and promote the outcome and success of the innovation deliverables
- Establish connections between SAP’s Innovation organization and internal stakeholders, such as the Latin America Sales, Marketing and Value Engineering organizations to increased exposure and amplify opportunities
- You will be part of strategic as well as operational decisions on how to implement innovation topics out of the SAP business, engaging with SAP Customers and internal stakeholders
- You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of your own topics, set up meetings, prepare them and present results.
- You will report to the Chief Operating Officer of SAP Labs Latin America and will be part of the Managing Director office team

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both oral and written English. Spanish is a plus
- Great collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Able to turn ideas and concepts into visually relevant and effective content
- A self-starter and independent thinker who can run with various tasks
- Curiosity to learn and a desire to bring fresh thinking to the team
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program preferably in the field of business / engineering/ strategy or international relations. We are open to other academic backgrounds as well.
- You should be an excellent team player with strong abilities to network and to work independently by using analytical and problem-solving skills and your willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Previous work experience in business administration or project management roles
