US Fair Group Inc. is located at 40 Wall Street Suites 2817, New York, the US. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in the Philippines. The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our teams, primarily the CEO.

**Responsibilities**
- Work directly with the founder and CEO (based in New York City, the US) of Fair Ride
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Support in the recruitment process
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in the English language (mandatory) and good to be proficient in Spanish and French
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality

It is an on-site role and occasionally, it is required to work in the US time zone.

Pay: R$2,000.00 - R$5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
