**Business Development Representative #26721**: Compreender e atribuir a cadência de vendas correta - CRÍTICO.Prospecção Estratégica: Utilizar e-mail, chamadas telefônicas e mídias sociais para identificar e engajar proativamente leads em potencial. Avaliação de Necessidades: Engajar leads de maneira consultiva para compreender profundamente os desafios, objetivos e pontos de dor, possibilitando ofertas personalizadas.Gerenciamento de Pipeline: Nutrir e rastrear leads em nosso sistema CRM para relatórios precisos e acompanhamentos pontuais.Sinergia Colaborativa: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com o Assistente de Vendas para troca de informações sem interrupções e transição suave de leads.Acompanhamento de Leads: Responder prontamente aos leads provenientes de esforços de marketing, entregando comunicação personalizada para construir interesse.Especialização em Qualificação: Realizar avaliação inicial e detalhada das necessidades em leads, avaliando a prontidão para engajamento adicional Comunicação de Proposta de Valor: Comunicar de maneira magistral a proposta de valor de nossos produtos/serviços, abordando pontos de dor específicos.Coordenação de Reuniões: Habilmente agendar reuniões entre leads qualificados e membros relevantes da equipe de vendas para interações significativas. Desejável Graduação.Experiência anterior em vendas, geração de leads ou funções de chamadas externas é preferencial.Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM, especialmente Salesforce, é uma vantagem.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e interpessoais.Confiança para realizar ligações e iniciar conversas com leads em potencial.Inglês é obrigatório, pois irá atuar com a equipe que atua na Matriz e operações nos Estados Unidos, Canadá e Brasil. Salário á combinar + Benefícios 100% Home Office Seg a Sex 09h às 18h com 1 hora de almoço (Horário Flexível)
