Estamos à procura de um(a) **Sales Development Representative (SDR) **para se juntar à nossa equipe de marketing e impulsionar o crescimento da Rentbrella. Nesta função, você será o primeiro contato com os nossos futuros clientes e será essencial para que essa parceria se concretize.

**RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES**

**Como será seu dia a dia**:

- Receber e organizar os leads gerados pelo marketing de forma eficiente;
- Cadastrar novos leads em nosso CRM (Pipedrive), mantendo a base de dados sempre atualizada;
- Realizar pesquisas aprofundadas sobre os leads para compreender seu perfil e identificar suas necessidades;
- Avaliar o potencial dos leads para se tornarem clientes, priorizando aqueles com maior oportunidade de conversão;
- Elaborar roteiros personalizados para o primeiro contato, assegurando uma abordagem eficaz e adaptada a cada lead;
- Fomentar o engajamento dos leads por meio de follow-ups estratégicos;
- Agendar reuniões com o representante de vendas, garantindo alinhamento claro na passagem de bastão.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência em atendimento ao cliente;
- Familiaridade com softwares de CRM, como Pipedrive ou RD Station;
- Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint.

**Diferenciais**:

- Experiência prévia como SDR ou em funções relacionadas;
- Formação em Administração, Marketing, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas;
- Inglês intermediário.
