HR Business Partner

**Eaton is looking for a **HR Business Partner **at our **São Paulo** office to join our team.**
**She/He will be responsible for**:
Supporting the PDI Brazil business acting as a HR Business Partner on talent, organizational development and effectiveness, workforce optimization, change management, rewards and culture. Provide support for leaders regarding the implementation of HR tools, processes and policies; maximizing organizational effectiveness, improve performance and ensuring compliance; creating and implementing actions plan to ensure the KPIs and goals achievements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Succession Plan process by Identifying internal and external talents to assure a pipeline for Staff and BU positions, aligned with development plans, career interests and business needs/strategy;
- Lead the performance evaluation process keeping a constant communication with employees and leaders so the deadlines are followed and to ensure the evaluations are based on results (accordingly to the employee’s goals) and the Eaton Leadership Model to have an impartial and coherent evaluation
- Lead the Survey Action Plan, proposing actions according to employees’ feedback in our Survey (global and local quicks), considering our diversity of functions
- Lead the process of hiring contractors and hourly employees
- Partnership with TA team in identifying, attracting and hiring for salary positions
- Promotion - pre analyze compensation information to assure Eaton's offer will be accordingly compliance and internal policies, while assuring its competitiveness and employees retention/motivation; check pact information to guarantee benefits and bonus are corrected applied
- Union and Labor activities
- Responsible for calculating local benefits (PPR, VR and VT)
- Pre analyze compensation information for new hires, promotions and salary upgrades to assure its competitiveness and that it will be accordingly to job descriptions, compliance and internal policies, supporting the leaders and business decisions. Lead with managers the creation/update of job descriptions. Partnership with Compensation CoE when needed
- Participate on Profit Plan (PP) process
- Manage the local HR KPIs
- Take part on endomarketing actions and events for employees
