    •   We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Talent Development and HR Strategist.

    •   As a key member of the HR department, you will play a critical role in formulating and implementing effective HR strategies to support the company's business operations in Brazil.

    •   Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall HR effectiveness.

      ">">
    •   You will work closely with various departments to understand their talent needs and develop targeted solutions to improve performance and efficiency.

      ">">
    •   To achieve this, you will conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and recommend actions to address any issues or areas for improvement.

      ">">
    •   Additionally, you will handle labor disputes collaboratively with the legal department, evaluate and improve employee compliance management, and monitor key employee turnover and stabilize the workforce.

      ">">
    •   In collaboration with other teams, you will also provide performance optimization suggestions recognized by business departments, ensure timely completion of performance processes, and optimize training content according to Brazilian regulations and job requirements.

    •   Furthermore, you will conduct talent inventory to clarify company structure and support talent allocation, enhance salary strategy suitable for the local market level in Brazil, and provide operational optimization suggestions from an HR perspective.

    •   You will maintain accurate and timely payroll data, including calculations and payments, empower subordinate specialists to meet work requirements, and liaise with payroll agencies to manage salary payment matters.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:">

    •   Bachelor's degree or above in human resources management, business administration, or related majors.

    •   Over 5 years of human resources management work experience, with at least 2 years in Brazil or multinational companies.

    •   Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations and human resources market situation in Brazil.

      ">">
    •   Data analysis skills, knowledge of HR management modules, and communication skills.

      ">">
    •   Fluent in Portuguese and English for daily work communication and document processing.
