Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to drive the recruitment and management of high-potential sellers for our Brazil marketplace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with medium and large sellers and manufacturers, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals that enhance our product selection, pricing, and availability.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing a fulfillment strategy
  • Prioritizing and managing a pipeline of sellers to meet/exceed targets
  • Educating new merchants about our delivery and customer experience standards
  • Identifying and acquiring sellers/manufacturers to enhance category selection and brands
  • Driving innovation to improve customer experience, scale categories, and strengthen relationships
  • Providing insights and advice to new sellers to optimize their success
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and optimize processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing teams
  • Analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Experience in consumer product sales/marketing or e-commerce
