Lead regional B2B marketing efforts

Seize this opportunity to join a rapidly evolving B2B software firm and provide essential support to our sales division, positioning our organization to meet LATAM's business objectives and revenue goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Crafting, implementing, and assessing both short-term and long-term omni-channel campaigns aimed at generating leads and building the sales pipeline for the Brazilian Sales Team. Facilitating and endorsing the development of contacts to enhance our overall prospect/customer database. Identifying and generating sales meetings. Collaborating with core global marketing teams, including design, content, public relations, and digital, to efficiently execute programs and campaigns tailored for the Mexican market. Creating localized content for customer-facing initiatives (tradeshows, webinars, digital campaigns, social media) to strengthen our visibility, relevance, and engagement with customers and prospects. Overseeing and coordinating activities with local service providers, such as content and public relations agencies. Adhering to established performance measurement criteria, tracking outcomes to evaluate success and return on investment for marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile – Are you the right fit?

The ideal candidate will possess a creative, strategic, and professional approach, with the capability to concentrate on field marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth for the Sales Team, leveraging your regional expertise. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging and building rapport with prospects/customers across various channels (written and verbal). Experience in B2B Marketing and a high proficiency in English are required.

Additional Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Marketer in the B2B sector. Demonstrated experience in SaaS companies, with a comprehensive understanding of the SaaS business model. Proven success in developing and executing effective regional marketing campaigns. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with global teams while managing multiple projects concurrently. Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
