Job Title: Automated Systems Maintenance Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging role in automated systems maintenance? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced automation technician to join our team.



Job Description
  • Maintain and troubleshoot complex automated material handling systems, ensuring continuous operation and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and replace fieldbus communication components, mechanical parts, and electronic sensors on conveyor systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and adjustments on multi-axis robotic arms and End Of Arm Tools.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in electro-mechanical fields, or equivalent education and training.
  • Working knowledge of 480, 277, and 120 volt electrical systems (single and three phase).
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller) and network diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Sufficient aptitude to read and interpret electrical or electronic schematics, mechanical diagrams, and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns.
  • Ability to work independently following procedures and manuals.
