Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, with a deep understanding of the business and the needs of the supported areas.">
  • Support team structuring and role redefinition in line with organizational needs.">
  • Conduct HR data analysis (turnover, eNPS, time-to-hire, etc.) to guide decision-making.">
  • Define recruitment strategies aligned with each team's technical and behavioral needs.">
  • Coordinate selection processes with a focus on diversity, hiring quality, and candidate experience.">
  • Implement a structured onboarding process focused on the first 90 days.">
  • Identify and implement training and development initiatives (technical and behavioral).">
  • Support leadership, DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and engagement programs.">
  • Conduct pulse checks, stay interviews, and support the performance cycle.">
  • Conduct retention analysis and planning by team and profile.">
  • Ensure structured offboarding processes, including feedback and analysis to feed back into the talent strategy.">

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.">
  • Solid experience in recruitment, development, and performance management.">
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs.">
  • Hands-on and strategic profile with a strong results orientation.">
  • Clear, empathetic, and influential communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.">
