Site Civil Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate site works to ensure compliance with contract specs, quality, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate material submittals and track approvals.
  • Develop method statements and risk assessments.
  • Monitor procurement schedules and follow up on deliveries.
  • Control approved drawings and as-built documentation.
  • Inspect works, raise inspection requests, and coordinate with site teams.
  • Communicate progress, delays, and site issues to senior management.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and project close-out documentation.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of project site experience, preferably within construction or Data Center Solutions environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical) with at least 10 years' site experience.
  • Thorough understanding of contract specifications, QA/QC, HSE, and programme controls.
  • Proven ability to manage materials, documentation, and productivity on fast-track projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and pressure-handling skills; proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with BIM-enabled field tools or Lean construction principles.
