The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing a standardized process for After Sales operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Developing and executing a training program for dealers, covering online and face-to-face sessions, to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Implementing digital solutions to streamline After Sales processes, including customer booking, reception, repair orders, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as LGPD, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through regular audits and reports.
- Collaborating with dealers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in After Sales operations.
**Required Skills and Knowledge:**
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in negotiation and collaboration with dealers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of After Sales operations, including dealers' processes, customer care, logistics, pricing, marketing, technical, warranty, and training.
