Mental Health Specialist

The Staff Psychologist will work closely with the Executive Director to oversee all internal data and collection of data, oversee record system for UCS, organize collection of data and generate reports in collaborations with Exec. Dir. This position is intended to also drive research as an added component to the operations of UCS.
This role requires a high level of expertise in both written and oral communication, as well as ability to promote, establish, and maintain harmonious and effective work relations with students, faculty, staff, university officials, parents of students and the general public.
The incumbent will conduct intakes and see walk-ins for crisis intervention and short-term interventions. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist in the development of the testing program related to administration of assessments for learning disabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in clinical or counseling psychology
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience, licensed or license eligible

This is an entry-level position with a seniority level of intermediate. The expected salary range is $72,000 - $78,000 per year. The employment type is full-time and the job function is health care provider.
