In this role, you will assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing accounts and contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and targets, driving business growth and profitability for Accor Hotels.
  2. Assist in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to identify potential clients.
  3. Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders in the hospitality industry, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings to promote Accor Hotels' facilities and services, highlighting the unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to create customized proposals and packages tailored to meet the needs of clients, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  6. Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipelines, forecasts, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  8. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Represent Accor Hotels with professionalism and integrity at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, showcasing the company's expertise and thought leadership.
  10. Provide leadership and support to junior members of the sales team as needed, mentoring and developing their skills to ensure the success of the team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field, with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and business development.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  3. Demonstrated success in driving business growth and profitability, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software, with experience in sales automation and data analysis.
  6. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and events, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  7. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Delhi is an advantage, but not required.
