As a Pricing Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment of Amazon pricing strategy in Brazil. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the central point of contact for multiple stakeholders, understanding pricing metrics and systems in depth.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Supporting the deployment of Amazon pricing strategy in Brazil
- Leading structural and incremental improvements to the pricing program with customer-centricity
- Analyzing root causes of pricing metric changes and proposing actions
- Building new ways of looking at pricing data to extract insights
- Inspecting pricing mechanisms and proposing actions
A day in the life of this role includes:
- Daily support to stakeholders on pricing program questions and needs
- Weekly analysis of metrics, meetings with stakeholders, and understanding root causes of changes
- Monthly conduct of pricing training sessions and broader communication sessions
- Quarterly innovation to come up with ideas on how to improve the pricing program and lead projects on such innovations
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL knowledge
- Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Fluent English language skills (read, write, speak)
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
