Job Title

We are seeking a proactive and resilient Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to targeted leads.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers across ideal customer profiles.
  • Create tailored, compelling messages to generate interest.
  • Leverage dialer tools to increase efficiency and maintain consistency.
  • Qualify outbound and inbound leads based on defined criteria.
  • Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives.
  • Track activity and lead status accurately in the CRM.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or cold calling roles.
  • Proven success booking qualified meetings and hitting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to make a high volume of daily calls and handle objections.
  • Strong time management, self-motivation, and follow-up discipline.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Skills in data analysis and interpretation.
