Sales Manager - Pulp and Paper

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the execution of the sales strategy for our Pulp and Paper portfolio within the PAPI Division. Your primary objective is to achieve both qualitative and quantitative goals for services profitably, exceeding sales objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional who can create, plan, and implement sales strategies and initiatives for business development in alignment with our global strategy. This includes setting and achieving sales targets through regular supervision, defining and implementing improvement plans as necessary, providing and facilitating resources to ensure team performance.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities with new, existing, and potential customers within a defined geographic area, and determining acquisition plans and resource allocation. Additionally, you will monitor, provide information and reports to Marketing, Sales, and Market Intelligence, sharing insights, and coordinating the flow of sales transactions, including leads, billing, orders, contracts, etc.

Our ideal candidate has a solid experience in the commercial area, previous experience in team management, strong experience in the Pulp and Paper industry, knowledge of automation control systems, and knowledge of the paper manufacturing process. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Automation, Electrical, or Electronics, is required, along with fluency in English and advanced Spanish language skills.
