- Analyze data and performance trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client-specific territories.
- Oversee and validate the delivery and quality of provided training.
- Track the effectiveness of training interventions through multiple assessment tools.
- Work with team members to improve sales systems and achieve a positive customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans.
- Experience in training and development, preferably in a sales environment.
