Product Knowledge Specialist

This role is responsible for bridging the gap between various departments by leveraging technical product expertise to deliver exceptional service and customer experience.

The incumbent will regularly gather, organize, and maintain a comprehensive product knowledge base. This information will be used to develop user-friendly content that translates complex product technology into easily understandable language.

In addition, the Product Knowledge Specialist will possess training abilities and provide product knowledge training to call centers or sales teams. Users will have the opportunity to provide feedback and data for product-related analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an interface between different areas with technical product knowledge.
  • Gather, organize, and maintain a comprehensive product knowledge base.
  • Develop user-friendly content that explains complex product technology.
  • Provide product knowledge training to call centers or sales teams.
  • Analyze user feedback and data for product-related insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (recommended).
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a product expert, preferably in hybrid or electric technology.
  • Work experience in automotive products and interacting with attendance structures/customer care operations is preferred.

Desirable Skills:

  • Basic collection, sorting, analysis, execution, thinking, and response capabilities.
  • 5W analytical ability, schedule management ability, problem discovery and resolution ability, and report-making skills.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model - 3 days in person, 2 days remote. Location: São Paulo-SP South Zone
