We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Team Manager to lead our onboarding, expansion, and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in CS leadership, having led other leaderships in SaaS companies, and possess strong execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-performance talent with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Build and scale processes to ensure predictability and efficiency across all fronts.
  • Establish clear performance metrics (MRR, churn, NRR, activation, onboarding time) and ensure their achievement.
  • Drive product adoption through data-driven decisions and personalized journeys.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Reduce churn through action plans based on data and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strategic vision with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Hubspot CRM and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Analytical ability to make informed decisions.
  • Owner profile: responsible for results, not just processes.
