Job Description

This is a critical role that has the potential to significantly impact business operations, positioning our food and grocery delivery app as the top choice for customers seeking convenience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Visionary: Develop and propose innovative features that enhance the user experience and operational efficiency, measuring their effectiveness and prioritizing them for implementation.
  • Strategic Business Partner: Proactively identify business needs and issues, prioritize projects to align with strategic objectives, and drive results-oriented decision making.
  • Business Analyst: Translate operational and financial metrics into actionable insights, developing strategies and action plans to drive business growth.
  • Problem Solver: Identify root causes of risks and opportunities, develop multiple solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach.
  • Process Optimization Expert: Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across regions, regularly reviewing performance and driving continuous improvement.

As part of this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of consistent track record in similar industries, consultancies, retailers, start ups, or other relevant fields.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Make informed decisions based on data analysis and interpretation.
  • Effective Communication: English proficiency and proven experience presenting data to various audiences in a clear, concise manner.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Executional Excellence: Ability to successfully handle and prioritize complex operations, delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Project Planning and Organization: Ability to plan complex or multi-faceted projects with cross-functional teams, defining timelines, deliverables, interdependencies, and resource allocation.

Strong SQL and Excel skills are required. Python proficiency is considered a valuable asset.
