As a Site Leader, you will play a pivotal role in upholding customer expectations by ensuring timely and efficient order delivery. You will lead and develop a team of professionals, providing them with the necessary tools and resources for success and driving improvements through data-driven insights.
The operational framework consists of three key components: First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile. Our vision is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and we are committed to innovation and excellence.
You will be responsible for supporting, mentoring, and motivating your team, leading large-scale projects, and creating productivity plans. Collaboration with support teams is essential to meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
