About this Role- Assess student learning needs and develop individualized support plans
- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to foster academic growth and confidence
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles
- Monitor and document student progress to inform instructional decisions
