Key Responsibilities- Analyze customer contracts for renewal strategies.
- Foster relationships with customers, address inquiries and escalations, and communicate value propositions.
- Maintain partner relationships, address inquiries, and identify roadblocks to renewals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth from existing customers.
- Evaluate and refine the renewal process to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is essential.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Channel Partners, or Renewal Management is necessary.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for contract management and communications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build customer relationships.
