
Renewal Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Renewal Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow assigned business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales objectives and quotas by identifying and closing open and up-sell opportunities.
- Develop a comprehensive renewal strategy and plan to retain and grow assigned business.
- Lead a team of specialists to ensure goals are being met and business followed up on.
- Manage sales forecasts via Salesforce in line with set targets and strategic plans.
- Negotiate terms that result in favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Identify at-risk renewal clients early in the cycle and address issues inhibiting a successful, timely renewal.
- Interact with cross-functional teams in a professional manner to ensure high-level collaboration is taking place.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in renewal management, consultative sales, or business consulting.
- Experience in sales methodologies used to prospect within the account, consult with the client on business issues, create and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Experience leading big teams.
- Fluent English to report and operate in an international market.
